Please note that, but for the omission and commission of zutoura, any failure in any aspect of transaction and connectivity we cannot be held responsible.

The Tour Operator star ratings, based on information we have received from our suppliers at the begnning later stage star ratings has to be updated bassed on the rate of tour perfromed by customers, star rating are provided for your guidance only. They are subject to change without prior notice.
All the additional services offered as displayed by us and opted by you will be a transaction between the additional service provider and you. If such connections through our site result in an agreed upon contract it is binding legally under the appropriate legal jurisdiction which for us is Singapore.

Any attempt to provide links through our site to sources of obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, profane, racist, discriminating, insulting, threatening, tortuous, harassing, and similar hateful content.
Any attempt to provide links to, any postings containing defamatory, slanderous, false or libellous material;
Any attempt to infringe or violate any intellectual property or other rights of any entity or person, including, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, laws governing trade secrets, rights to privacy, or publicity
Posting information that you do not have a right to make available under law or contractual or fiduciary relationships
Impersonation of another person or entity
Misrepresentation of your affiliation with a person or entity, with an intention to mislead, deceive, or defraud another.

By making a reservation on the Site, you represent and warrant that you are not covered by any international sanction program.
If and when applicable, you will satisfy all your obligations, tax, withholding or otherwise as required by your country of residence.
On submitting the booking form duly filled in :
1. you will receive an email displaying a price not including Tax related part.
2. On your email reply agreeing to that price we will email you a final price including Tax related part.
3. On your email acceptance of this final price we confirm the booking and email you with a booking voucher ( as already mentioned) which will be binding both of us.

Accommodating minors, infants, senior persons extra bed including additional charges thereof etc. are controlled not by zutoura unless otherwise it is not cofirmed at the time of booking, but by the concerned Tour Partner. Please ensure before confirmation all your needs are satisfied. In this regard our customer support team will provide complete support to you interacting with you and the Tour partner.
We provide for currency conversion subject to availability at the tour location and country.
Converted currency amount will be displayed according tour requirement. The displayed amount may include additional banking charges and our service charge. Where conversion request cannot be complied with appropriate information will be displayed on the booking form with alternative if possible.
We are not tax vendors or co-vendors or co-vendors of co-vendors. As such Tax part in the charges is partly what we pay on our behalf, what we pay the tour operators and any additional bank charges of any kind and a charge for us. Any tax requirement to be met by you as per your country's law for booking tour package with us or for any liability or reward as a result of such booking is entirely your responsibility and you indemnify zutoura and Partners from any consequence thereof. For additional services extended by Tour operators fees and tax part will be set by the tour operators as applicable.
We offer , to our knowledge, the best price for different packages. Should you come across any better offer we request you to use our CompetitiveCost Assurance offer.
5.1. Pre-paid tour package: Your credit-card will be charged for the full price.
5.2. Deferred Payment package: If you opt for deferred payment the exact future date of payment must be intimated to us at the time of booking. If we accept the date we will charge your credit card on that date. Please ensure the availability of sufficient credit on that date. Otherwise the confirmation will be cancelled.
5.3. Any special needs which are not included or specified in the package during booking where you have to make direct payment to Tour operators for such amounts.
Please be aware that certain banks may collect additional charges for certain transactions. In such cases they may charge your credit card, for which we are not responsible.
If you detect or suspect any fraudulent use of your credit card please immediately contact our Customer support.
Persons aged below 18 years or not legally eligible according to the resident country or province cannot book a package.
You undertake that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or that you are authorized to complete the booking with this card and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
zutoura Companies reserve the right not to accept certain credit cards. zutoura may add or remove other payment methods at its discretion.
In specific cases, we may require additional information or verifications to validate and confirm the booking. A small verification charge or pre-authorization may be charged on your credit card. This is applicable deferred payment booking also. During the period of investigation Tour Package could become fully booked, in which case the reservation will no longer be available. zutoura can never be held liable in such cases. Additional information submitted will be treated in line with strict industry standards to protect privacy, using encryption for transmission and specialized agents for verification.
If the additional information is not supplied by you or if we are not satisfied with the information received, the booking will not be completed and fully cancelled and any amounts charged (including the verification charge where applicable) will be refunded.
In case there is failure in payment during transaction, zutoura will offer you alternatives to ensure your booking can go ahead. Please contact our Customer Service department for any details in this regard.
The cancellation terms and no-show policy of each tour package are made available on the Site at the Tour Package information pages or under the appropriate headings. Late arrival to your tour without prior information to the Tour Operator, may cause the remaining portion of your confirmation being cancelled and you may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the terms and conditions of the applicable Tour Package. Regardless of the Tour Package's cancellation policy, zutoura Companies reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, which will be indicated on the Site. Please carefully check the tour operator details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Some tour operators will charge extra for early arrival or late departure.
To review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein, use our self-service tool or contact Customer Service.
Special Needs: For special needs (e.g., wheelchair accessible room) please contact Customer Service or the Tour Operator and verify that special needs can be met. All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by zutoura. Depending on the policy of the relevant Tour Operators, your confirmation will be refunded, cancelled or modified if special needs cannot be met. If available, your request will be confirmed upon arrival.
With a view to update you zutoura will send "Price Alerts" with your approval (and option to stop at any point of time) on Tour Packages found on our Site. This is done for any change in price irrespective of your confirmed package. The conditions, time and periodicity of such alerts are decided solely by ?. But you have the option to stop receiving the alerts.
"Hidden Deals" program help MNT offer quality Tour Packages to the customer at very attractive rates. Most Tour Packages participating in this program prefer to enjoy anonymity until the booking is confirmed and paid.
Hidden Deals are marked with a specific sign. Customer can find out key information about these operators (general area, description, facilities) prior to making a booking (without the operator disclosing identity). Upon completion of your reservation, the operator name, location and contact details will be disclosed to the customer. Please note that Hidden Deal bookings cannot be cancelled and are not refundable.

You are strongly advised to check the relevant travel advisories issued by your government for any country you are visiting and to take the necessary precautions. You are also advised to take personal travel insurance.
zutoura cannot be held liable for any loss incurred in the event of your failure to hold the necessary passports, visas and documentation for your journey. You are advised to check with the relevant embassies, consulates and/or visa departments of the countries you wish to visit. It is your responsibility to obtain whatever travel documents are required.
Please note that some countries have strict rules and regulations on the import of restricted or prohibited goods, items or substances. Tour Operators or any packages in such Tour Operators are completely independent and the liability and responsibility for providing Tour Package services and welcoming people who have booked through the Site as their guests rest with and only with the Tour operators.
In entering into a Package contract with us you expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless zutoura Companies from and against any liability, damage or loss including legal fees and expenses that zutoura Companies incur or suffer as a result of any action, inaction or omission by you. If you use the Site for or on behalf of a third-party ("Third-party"), such as a family member or a traveling companion, you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use. In addition, you must inform the Third-party of all applicable terms and conditions. Each customer using the Site for or on behalf of a Third-party agrees to indemnify and hold eachzutouraCompany harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and claims (including the costs of defence), relating to the Third-party's or the user's failure to fulfil any of its obligations as described above.

Local tax receipts are only available from respective local tour operator for bookings where payments are made at the destination. For pre-paid bookings (pay zutoura), zutoura Companies can issue local invoices for bookings in Singapore since zutoura is a tax resident of Singapore and also zutoura receipts for anywhere else.
All of our online booking services rendered through the Site are provided byzutoura Company Pte. Ltd., which is a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Singapore, having its registered address at Blk 296C #22-86, Bukit Batok St.22, Singapore 653296 and is registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore under company registration number ***********.
zutoura has a network of Customer Support companies for the purpose of accepting and dealing with payments for bookings, providing customer care, liaising with the Tour Operators and handling complaints and refunds.
They do not own, control, host, manage or maintain the zutoura.com website (or any other website). The zutoura.com website is domiciled only at its registered office in Singapore. Customer Support Companies are not authorized to act as MNT's process or service agents, do not represent zutoura nor can enter into any contract in the name of, for or on behalf of zutoura . Customers cannot make a reservation in or through any of these offices. Reservations can only be made through the Site.
Our network also includes subsidiaries, branches and offices throughout the world providing certain other non-customer related internal supporting roles ("zutoura Support Companies"). zutoura Support Companies have no power or authority to render our services, to represent zutoura or to enter into any contract in the name of, for or on behalf of zutoura and are not authorized to act as zutoura's process or service agents, unless specifically authorized by zutoura.
zutoura and its affiliated companies (including all Customer Support Companies and all zutoura Support Companies) do not act as a travel agent/tour operator except where stated otherwise on the Site.
